We accept debit cards and most major credit cards as payment. As well as paying with Paypal (which you can use your PayPal balance and ACH, along with debit and credit cards).
As you continue through the checkout flow, you'll be provided all of our 'current' payment options. Simply select the payment method that most suits your needs.
If you order a single set of 14 or 28 day/night teas, we charge a flat rate of $9.00 shipping.
If you order 2 or more single sets, or order a subscription, you'll receive Free Shipping.
We highly recommend the subscription option if you intend to make a single set day/night purchase, as this will reduce your cost on the tea, and gives you the benefit of free shipping. You can cancel your subscription anytime.
All orders will arrive in within 5-7 business days, if there are no carrier delays (due to weather, holiday rush, etc).
Order Tip: Your tracking number will allow you to see the exact estimated date of delivery. Look up the tracking code on the carrier website, to see your order's real-time delivery status.

If your order has been shipped out, you'll be required to pay return shipping. Or we can generate a return label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount, on approval.
After we have received the item(s) from your order which you are seeking a refund, and approve the refund request, we will then issue your refund back to the original payment method for your order. It should be received within 14 business days, but this will typically be either same day or just a few days, in most cases (depending on your method of payment).
If for some reason your original payment method is no longer available (such as if you used a debit card for a bank account that has since been closed) please contact customer service, and we can seek other payout alternatives, such as a check by mail.

If, for example, you ordered a 30-day recurring subscription, you can change it to 60 or 90 days at any time. You may also 'pause' your subscription for any period of time you'd like to, or cancel it indefinitely.

In order to cancel your subscription, please contact customer service. It's recommended you do this at least 3 days prior to your recurring order shipment date, to ensure it isn't shipped out.
Note that, if your order is not canceled before your recurring order has been shipped out, you'll need to return the unopened package back to us, in order to receive a refund (minus return shipping costs).
You may add coupon codes to your order during checkout, when payment information is collected for your order.
